19th World Veteran Championships LAS VEGAS, NV | 18 JUNE - 24 JUNE 2018





November 22, 2016 (Colorado Springs, CO) – USA Table Tennis (USATT) and WVC2018 Organizing Committee announced today that JOOLA has been named the Official Equipment Sponsor of the 2018 World Veterans Championship, the largest table tennis tournament in the world, which is being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 18-24, 2018. It is expected that the event will draw over 5,000 players from more than 80 countries, including a number of former World Champions.

“We are thrilled to be working with USATT and the WVC2018 Organizing Committee to host this landmark event in Las Vegas,” commented Richard Lee, President of JOOLA North America. “The World Veterans Championship is a marquee event and JOOLA couldn’t be prouder to be the official equipment sponsor for the event's rising number of participants.  I’m especially excited to see the event back in the USA."

As the Official Equipment Sponsor, JOOLA will be providing the event with tables, balls, flooring and other related court equipment. USATT and the WVC Organizing Committee will be working closely with representatives from JOOLA to ensure all event participants have a world-class experience.

A biennial tournament, the 2018 World Veterans Championship will be held in Las Vegas, NV from June 17-24, 2018. The event will be played on 250 tournament tables in 300,000 sq. ft. in the North Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is anticipated that the 2018 World Veterans Championship will break the record for most attendees (4,200), which was set in Alicante/Elsche (Spain) in 2016.
